We are excited to announce that the Connecticut Association of Health Care Facilities/ Connect Center for Assisted Living (CAHCF/CCAL) 95th Annual Membership Meeting will be on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at the beautiful Saybrook Point Resort & Marina!

You can expect this year’s CAHCF/CCL’s 95th Annual Membership Meeting to have all of the features that have been the hallmark of our past events:

  • Our keynote speaker Jason Hunt’s presentation “Becoming a Person of Influence”  focuses on helping people lead through influence rather than title. He has an interesting viewpoint and many unique tools that can help anyone navigate the complicated world of relationships, resulting in less turnover, a stronger organizational culture, and more job satisfaction.
  • Following our keynote, we will enjoy a lunch buffet by the marina, after which we will recognize our generous sponsors who made the CAHCF/CCAL 95th Annual Membership Meeting possible.
  • We are excited to announce that our afternoon program begins with our special guest speaker, Gov. Mark Parkinson, President/CEO of AHCA, who will update us on the state of the industry.
  • Our day continues with our traditional awards ceremony — the presentation of the 2024 Champion of Elder Care award, 2024 Volunteer of the Year awards, and more.  We will also recognize those facilities that have received AHCA/NCAL’s 2024 Bronze and Silver Quality Awards.
  • Our ever-exciting raffle. Our generous sponsors always bring great prizes – don’t miss out!
  • Drinks and dessert!  Following the raffle, the CAHCF/CCAL community, friends, and colleagues will enjoy drinks and desserts as they mix and mingle by the marina.
