Program Announcement and Registration Information

Registration opens at 8:00 AM; Program begins promptly at 9:00 AM.

AITs/Students in an accredited college/university LTC management program attend FREE (you MUST register to attend!)

$ 125.00 ($ 135.23)/person for CT ACHCA Members and guests registering with a CT ACHCA Member (same facility)

$ 175.00 ($ 188.58)/person for not-yet-a-CT ACHCA Member and $ 125.00 ($ 135.23)/person additional people (same facility)

Number in parenthesis is the cost if paying by credit card.  Payment must accompany your Registration.  Check if by mail; credit card if using Eventbrite.

Registration is a commitment that you are up-to-date with your COVID vaccine/boosters.  Survey Guarantee in effect; substitutions allowed.
